• We will highlight and zoom in on several target countries (adaptable according to group requirements).
• We will discuss how the countries rank in terms of aspects such as leadership approach, time and contract management, negotiation differences, contractual weight etc.
• We will look at the impact this has on dealing with clients and suppliers in those countries.
• Participants will be asked to work in small teams where they reflect a work situation based on the learned theory. They will present the results to the workshop participants. The assignment will be followed-up by a discussion.
The study load of this training is 15 hours of onsite lectures and an approximate weekly self-study workload of 2-4 hours.
